Perhaps you'll receive more specifics to dealing with your self-improvement practices and how to approach something you might be struggling with. Or, perhaps you're doing great and you'd like to know if there's a more efficient way to approach something.
Either way, it's enjoyable having someone walk along-side you and cheer you on while you're exploring new territory within yourself.
